Using AtarBioCoach

These Terms of Use apply when you access or use AtarBioCoach. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian where required.

You may use AtarBioCoach for your own lawful personal study. You must provide accurate account information and keep your login details secure.

Study support, not official advice

AtarBioCoach is an independent study tool. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by NESA, VCAA, QCAA, any school, or any examination authority.

AI-generated explanations, questions, marking feedback, and recommendations may contain mistakes. Use them as study support and check important information against your course materials, teachers, and official sources.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service. In particular, you must not:

• Use AtarBioCoach to break the law, harm others, or interfere with the service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems, or data.
• Copy, scrape, resell, or distribute substantial parts of the service without permission.
• Use automated methods to place unreasonable load on the service.
• Upload content that you do not have the right to use.

Accounts and subscriptions

Some features require an account or paid subscription. Prices, billing periods, and included features are shown before purchase. You authorise our payment provider to charge the applicable fees.

You can manage or cancel a subscription through the available account controls. Access may continue until the end of the paid period unless stated otherwise at the time of cancellation.

Content and ownership

AtarBioCoach and its original software, design, and content are protected by intellectual property laws. You keep ownership of content you submit. You give us permission to process that content as needed to operate and improve the service.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of AtarBioCoach as the product evolves. We aim to keep the service useful and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, AtarBioCoach is provided without guarantees beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law where it applies.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms, create risk for other users, or interfere with the service. You may stop using AtarBioCoach at any time.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will post the current version on this page and update the date above.
